I started writing a long post about losing "me time" and everything I do as a caregiver… but I decided to keep it brief.

This all started with a coworker's comment: "But you have so much potential."
A backhanded compliment I've heard all my life.

No. I don't have potential.

Because I'm already doing it.
I do more on an average Tuesday than some folks do all week.

I am enough.
