It appears that Polymaths.social has outlasted Mozilla.social. We must have more resources than the organization that's paying millions of dollars to buy advertising agencies and develop machine learning models.

Things appear to be federating again after an NGINX configuration update… I will keep an eye on things to make sure everything begins flowing again.

We do indeed appear to be responding 401 to everything… No idea why.

There are a ton of "Connection reset by peer" errors in the NGINX log…

We do know that it wasn't the initial move causing the problem; things were definitely working at that point…

ahhhh it appears nothing is federating. Sorry @amin hasn't been checking fedi the last couple days.

It's a script I'm testing out to keep the Polymaths Alpha local timeline from clearing. So far we've lasted 3 days which is better than average but not quite enough to conclusively rule that it's working.
