Das Konzept der Eigentumswohnung überzeugt mich nicht.

Als Mieter steht man vor einer kack Heizung, schlechter Warmwasser Lösung, fragt sich nach solarthermie/Photovoltaik auf dem Dach und realisiert "nicht mein Haus, nicht meine Entscheidung, muss der Vermieter wollen". ("Sind ja nur die Mieter die frieren")

Bei der Eigentumswohnung: meine Wohnung, aber trotzdem nicht mein Haus, aber es gibt keinen einzelnen Eigentümer, muss die Eigentümerversammlung wollen.

Dass die leeren pappschachteln, in denen die Liegestühle kamen, im Treppenhaus standen hat mich nicht gestört. (Jaja, Brandschutz, die müssen weg, waren eh nur einen Tag da).
Dass der Nachbar sie unzusammengefaltet in die restmülltonne geworfen, ... Naja ich will mal nicht so deutsch sein. (Papier ist auf der anderen Seite des Hauses)
Aber jetzt geht der Deckel nicht mehr zu und die Vögel picken die mülltüten auf und verteilen den Müll auf der suche nach essbarem auf der Strasse.

(I'm nerd sniped now. Probably "strait of Hormuz" should result in a view half way between "the entire strait with as much detail as fits" and "where in the surrounding area is the strait". But for the restaurant, I wouldn't want any detail of the building, just enough for pedestrian navigation)

Upgrading lamps from halogens to LED means I now have access to 30+ transformers 230V to 12V ... Any suggestions what to do with them? (Other than recycling center or electro store for disposal)

5 h for pulling the cable was a lot worse than I had expected. (actually it only worked because father in law can be very stubborn and he decided to skip lunch and keep working while everybody else is out of the house).

Update: expert says "probably some dust in an outlet. combined with humidity that can cause some leakage current. How many outlets are on that fuse (which we narrowed it down on)? ... Haha, enjoy cleaning. Once you unscrewed and cleaned all of them, try again. If it persists, might need to open the Lüsterklemmen as well."

@xahteiwi 🤔 that would've lead to fewer mistakes than my initial sorting and would've been very fast.

Springer seems to use English orientation regardless of language. (university text books anyway went to a different room)

English orientation on German books also used by Zsolnay, Bastei Lübbe, panini books. (3 German outliers)

And then there are a few where the spine is thick enough /font small enough to use neither (3 English)

@gittaca ich dachte man hat "nur" einen Lkw Führerschein bekommen wenn man den für den Dienst gebraucht hat. Aber kA ob man auch einen PKW Führerschein bekommen hätte. (Ich wurde jedenfalls bei der Musterung gefragt ob ich einen Führerschein habe und dann wurde eingetragen dass ich fahren könne ... Nicht ganz das gleiche aber das ist dann ja nie aufgeflogen)
