Some datasets abroad are now at risk of deletion or manipulation. That can hit research here hard.
Know at-risk datasets relevant to @unibonn? NRW offers already a safety net and even large datasets can be republished in state infrastructures. The new DFG call (2025–2027) provides extra funding to secure endangered data.

Die DFG fördert nach einem Ideenwettbewerb Projekte für ressourceneffizientere Großgerätenutzung in der Forschung mit insgesamt ca. 5,5 Mio €.
