@TerryBTwo I have not been happy with the UX of any Windows version after 2000. Maybe XP pre-SP2 with all the user interface elements in legacy mode.
I would prefer a 2013 or even 2003 Linux release over an unsupported version of Windows.

It's far from the worst ticketing system I've ever used.
It's not even in the bottom 95%.
It's actually pretty good. It can be configured terribly, with zillions of unnecessary transitions, but the core just works.
Confluence is awful by default, but you have to actively work to make Jira bad.
