I’ve been watching The Orville but haven’t been able to keep my eyes open, so I’ve actually been listening to The Orville but I’ve seen it so many times I was watching the scenes in my head and I really didn’t miss anything lol.

For some reason the damn hospital waived the entire bill as charitable even though I did not financially qualify. I was just hoping to get some of the bill reduced but they went and waived the whole thing. Still had two additional separate doctors I had to pay and of course they weren’t reducing anything. Took a while to get out of that hole.

I got really scared for a while. I couldn’t put a sentence together correctly and I started wondering if maybe some of my organs would shut down. But I know that idea only got in my head because a couple years ago kidney stones got lodged and stuck in my small intestines and my kidneys stopped working. I was this close to ending up needing dialysis the rest of my life. Close call.

I got food poisoning today. Super weird because I didn’t eat anything exotic. I will spare you the details but apparently my symptoms mean I probably should have went to the emergency room, but who has money for that? Symptoms are starting to calm down moderately. Violently ill. Just had flu all last week. I’m being punished! I just wish I could see straight.

Just one example, I recall people defending Beyoncé and putting down bell hooks. Even on network news. This country is damned.

You don't know how much I wish people could tell the difference between a wise person and a person who just happens to have been born with two lips and a tongue and likes to use them.

Spoiler alert: the overwhelming majority of the public not only doesn't know how to identify wisdom, they are always ready to mock it.

One thing you learn having a lifelong severe mental illness is that doctors are rarely reliable. And this can be extended to show that people in general are rarely reliable. It doesn't matter what someone proclaims that their values are. That doesn't mean they are actually honest with themselves about those values.

I don't know. It just seems like some people have enough and for them it is never enough. And those same people are environmentalist social justice advocates. It's all horse shit. All of it.

With all the problems with Windows / Crowdstrike, the only problem I've had is my camera is not working. I feel bad for the rest of my team who will not be able to behold my stunning visage. Seeing my face is the one bright spot in the boring, monotonous existence. Now I will have to send everyone on my team get well cards.
