Call me crazy but #rent should not be expected to cover mortgage payments.
Rent should be based on the cost of the person living in a property and making use of it (thus causing wear and tear)
A Mortgage is payment against the ownership of the property. Since the tenant isn't getting any ownership of the property, they shouldn't be paying towards ownership.

@BrentTyson I have a lot of respect for the Alberta Party. I appreciate what they represent and have many friends who are strong AP supporters. It might land me in a progressive jail, but I think when both parties are on their A-game, they do make each other better.

@SteveM2020 Yup. I’d be more inclined to believe them had they not spent years destroying an already fragile system. And of all people, I was impressed that Rick Bell was the one more than willing to call Smith out in a subtle way for what amounted to nothing more than window dressing.

Personally, society needs a paradigm shift when it comes to properly funding these services. The way it’s done now doesn’t work. And privatizing it doesn’t work either.

Tonight is #wrestling night here in #yyc !!! So figured I’d share some of it here. A bit of what my practice area looks like and what I fill my gym bag with! Lol.
I know…it’s way too nerdy and people would have a right to be all, “WTF?! You okay?”

I love what I do. Approaching 40, this sport has given me a second lease on my life, has helped me lose close to 40 pounds thus far, and expanded my view of the world. So yup. Time to get ready to go kick butt and get my butt kicked.
