@rowan_johnson I use the action button on my Apple Watch to trigger a 90 second coffee steep for my aeropress. On the phone, I use it to launch Calcbot.

@rowan_johnson I think that would be quite difficult actually! Same car … wrong side of the road! In the UK, I find the shifting easy: it’s the completely different reference point when sitting on the other side of the car that throws me. I’m used to having the bulk of the car to my right. Sitting on the other side of the car throws off your natural feel for when you’re properly in your lane.

@rowan_johnson I’ve rented a half-dozen cars in Great Britain over the years and I have enjoyed shifting with my left hand and driving on the left. It’s a fun challenge!

@rowan_johnson I have a 22-year-old VW Jetta that is a 5 speed manual. I love that car but it’s very long in the tooth! Showing its age these days.

My god, why does everyone have to like everything all the damn time? I’m so exhausted by people liking every text message. I wish I could turn the feature off for all incoming texts. I have friends and family who will like a simple question like, can I get you anything from the grocery store? YOU DONT HAVE TO LIKE THE QUESTION BEFORE ANSWERING IT!
