Ehm, il balcone è un affaccio esterno al perimetro della costruzione, il terrazzo è un affaccio interno alla costruzione, la terrazza è la parte completamente esterna alla costruzione, solitamente funge da tetto alla struttura sottostante.
Parola d'architetto (storico dell'architettura, ma sempre architetto inside). 😊
