... except that wouldnt really work, would it - if the target word changes then feedback in terms of green and yellow squares is no longer reliable/ feasible .. or maybe there'd still be a way of doing it? -- like, the target word could be steadily more constrained within a range to ensure the feedback for each row remains valid - but still dynamic, so that it almost always remains just out of reach?
A more deviously gamified version of wordle, that dynamically adjusts the target word to ensure whatever words the user selects over the 6 rows are avoided - and then just occasionally relents. So that mostly the user "loses", with just occasional wins to keep them coming back.
