@drtcombs @ai6yr sure which is fine if you know in advance when say the laundry cycle will be done. I'll admit most of these connected appliances are overkill I'm just saying there *are* use cases for most features.

@drtcombs @ai6yr there's a use case for notification that the cycle is started/complete. Remote control if you have hot water capacity issues and want to start it after everyone's had their showers or the laundry cycle is done.
