The hardest part about refuting Y2K disinfo is how many problems were fixed quietly, in part to mitigate risk of ligitation (negligence, etc.). People have stories they can't tell.
At this point, I think enough years have passed that a formal amnesty - to encourage companies to disclose just how bad some of the problems were - would be in our historical best interest.
I find it outrageous and incredibly offensive how often subtitles are censored.
I've experienced it on broadcast TV. On Amazon. On YouTube. And elsewhere.
Deaf people do not need swear words hidden. Those of us with hearing loss don't suddenly decide, "Ah, yes, because I can't hear fully, I don't want to experience swearing anymore."

Remember - code is for PEOPLE to read, not machines. If the only reason we wrote code was to get machines to do stuff, we'd still be writing assembly. Languages were invented so that PEOPLE could read the code too. Never forget that's who you're writing code for.
We talk a lot about information sharing between organizations (or lack of). We should also talk more about how to study near misses. It's a form of internal information sharing, and sharing with our future selves. It's a goldmine of information for those brave enough to mine it.
@ry4an Iām pretty sure you can make this work if you have enough vertical space to work with. A 90 or couple of 45s coming off the disposal into this would work.
@ry4an yep, although I realize I should have mentioned that this is for a double sink setup. This replaces the (boring) straight pipe from the the other bowl.
Iām pretty sure you could do it in a single bowl sink too, I just havenāt done it before and it may require a different piece.
