I'm bringing chili to work tomorrow as we are having a chili cook off and I'm a bit worried that I can't taste spiciness below a threshold that most people find too hot. To me, it's a little warm. There have been other times my wife has complained and I couldn't taste any heat.

I'm looking to buy a table saw. Anyone in the DC area have one they never use? Maybe interested in finding it a good home?
I'll also consider other larger tools, like thickness planers, benchtop band saws, benchtop belt/disk sanders. As long as it fits in the back of my smallish SUV.
I've been watching online auctions for one, but few options show up locally and these items are usually so heavy that shipping will add up to the cost of new.
When we bought our house, the previous owner left this workbench in the basement. It was super rickety and also too tall to use comfortably.
So I took it apart and reused the wood to make a new bench. It's a good work-surfacr height not and much more stable. I can climb in it with my full weight and it barely moves. Maybe even have enough wood left over to make another.
