Ich hab leider gerade meinen Laptop nicht, sonst hätte ich dir die .iso anderweitig geschickt.
Das TLDR von Mint ist eigentlich "un-fucked" ubuntu. Kein snap, vernünftige Oberfläche mit mate und cinnamon; Firefox und Chromium über Paketquellen verfügbar. Treiberverwaltung über die man propertiäre Treiber auswählen kann.
Kein komischer schnickschnack, den man von anderen Distros kennt.

How much time do I have left until the shutdown?
I am struggling a bit with myself whether I want to host my own instance or not. I am tending towards mastodon. It is more "heavy" but the most likely to survive as a project in the long term.
Or I'll yolo and use Nextclouds Social Plugin (if it ever become usable)

Inzwischen sind die Infektionszahlen bei #Scharlach und iGAS in UK deutlich runter, das sieht jetzt ähnlich aus wie bei früheren Epidemien, allerdings deutlich höhere Zahlen.
Inzwischen glaub ich dass ein zentraler Faktor bei den hohen Inzidenzen quer durch alle Seuchen ist, dass Kinder und Erwachsene jetzt auf Teufel komm raus krank überall hingehen, weil, "Pandemie ist ja vorbei, und jetzt ist alles wieder normal".
Nur, früher ist man halt auch ganz normal manchmal krank zu Haus geblieben.
