@amin FrankenPHP changed the location of the Caddyfile, making my server "unconfigured".

So anyway, I went with PHP on this one. The site generate from available files and folders. Files are in twig, a popular template engine. Using Bootstrap for the CSS. It's pretty fast. Twig will cache the rendered templates, so it's a bit static.
