and aways beware the structural integrity of any building blocks that look top heavy.
some adjustments made. honestly for a build that gives you a spare piece for almost every single piece needed (thank you for that, at least) you would think they could invest in a better design instead, but i guess you get what you pay for?
finished!! no glue used, only much frustration and reconfiguration. changed some of the branches which were just oddly long, removed the grossly oversized swing and picnic area, used up more of the flower stems, and viola
progress: on step 55, gonna start adding branches. haven’t used glue yet as am still identifying what weak points i can strengthen, as this pack comes with lots of spare little bits!

no wonder this build is fragile. there is an only partially filled layer near the bottom of the trunk, and a couple of instances so far where the brick direction doesn’t alternate for the required stability??? :blobThinkGlare:

then later human form zzs half asleep in a patch of sunlight and unconsciously chittering when he hears birds outside
he wakes himself up with a jolt when he realises and wkx is watching him and holding back his gleeful laughter 🤭 zzs gets embarrassed so goes back to cat form and darts away. wkx doesn’t get to pet him for at LEAST a week :grr:

one of the things i always do is keep the spares from previous builds in case they come in useful for future ones! this picnic table was gonna be a little wobbly, so i added an extra brick in a hidden spot to add stability :blobThinkSmart:
