A Cajun version of Hawaiian moco loco. Hamburger patty seasoned with Tabasco, leftover dirty rice, mushroom and caramelized onion in a roux flavored with creole seasoning for the sauce, and topped with a fried egg.
Duck with plum sauce, couscous, green beans sautéed with garlic confit
Soft shell crab on noodles cooked with hoisin based sauce, and ginger/napa cabbage sauteed with fish sauce.
Pesto lamb chops, parmesan potatoes, saffron rice. Spinach, arugula, and garbanzo salad with a pomegranate vinaigrette.
@sgillies I've always felt that participants should also give the definition of the word
Schweineschnitzel on onion gravy, boiled potatoes crisped in the air fryer, cabbage sauteed in manteca with pickled red onion and pepper.

Yesterday was the kid's birthday, made surf and turf (tomahawk and tempura shrimp) at their request. Today, I made leftover tempura shrimp (crisped in air fryer) ramen. Broth made from shrimp shells. Bok choy, mushrooms, takuan (pickled daikon), renkon (lotus root).
