@UghitsAnjali I love Rod Serling. He was way ahead of his time and so prescient today.
@ImogeneW3393 I wondered if they’ll explore this too or if it’s something they’ll just forget :/
@LibbyCash @SoapJenn I agree; Ron loves the genre and the art form that is soap opera. He also has a sense of humor to his writing. Some storylines were not always the best, but he each soap’s history, loved bringing back vets. He also knew how to read a room, end a pairing that didn’t work, and take characters in new directions. His pacing actually made sweeps months feel like sweeps. None of these are qualities currently being shown by C&D.
@SoapJenn I feel the same way as you about how the remaining shows all pulled together to save each other back in 2011. I don’t disagree about certain actors, either. Every EP and writer has always had their favorites but this goes against the good of the show to prioritize the same 3-4 actors/actresses over everyone else.
@PersuasionFan ME’s fourth different character being yet another failure, and watching Liz be the one stuck having to prop him in her 25th year.
@wubsnet @NancyLeeGrahn Welcome Nancy!!
This app looks more familiar and easy to use than some of the other Twitter alternatives. I like it so far.
