Big Ass Fans FINALLY support HomeKit (via Matter) so I pulled the trigger for our office. The vent fan is working nicely, but the AC has to cool the downstairs to 66 to get the office under control unless we plug a lot of vents. A ceiling fan in the room will do the work needed to move the air and cool the room much more effectively.

They also sent temporary paper plates, with instructions on how to attach them, then a letter for personalized temporary plates that overrides those instructions, stating to keep the old plates on until the new ones arrive… in 6-8 weeks. Tack the temporary in the window. And a letter for law enforcement explaining all of this.
