Der linke Taschenrechner ist so alt wie ich und hatte 1973 einen Verkaufspreis von 128 DM, was nach heutiger Kaufkraft 228 € sind. Er beherrscht nur die Grundrechenarten, und wenn man mehr als drei Ziffern ablesen möchte, muss man das Display weiterschalten.

Den rechten Taschenrechner habe ich gestern für 3,49 € gekauft. Er hat 249 Funktionen und ist schweinchenrosa.

So, get this. To receive one of these blue check things on #Bluesky you need a Google account and must submit your personal information using a Google Form.

Kinda feel like asking millions of people to send you personal info over Google Forms may not be the most privacy aware or well thought out way to go.

Upon further consideration, I feel should point out that many low-cost or "free" VPNs very much do route other peoples' traffic through your system. This is an incredibly common practice among "free" or low-cost VPN providers. Just understand that running a VPN is not cheap, and anyone giving it away for free probably does not have your best interests at heart.

@holger Bis jetzt gab es 2 oder 3 etwas stärkere Schauer. Gewarnt wurde vor „STARKEM GEWITTER“.
Grundsätzlich sind die Warnungen ja eine gute Sache. Ich meine das auch einordnen zu können. So aber ist das für viele ermüdend. Und bei wirklichen Ereignissen hört niemensch mehr darauf.

Und sofort in Verbindung mit einer Unwetterwarnung. 🙄 ⛈️
