@gregheo trust me, me too ☹️ I’m relocating soon but timing didn’t work out to be there for dub dub
did something happen today? 🫣
Unfortunately not going to make it to WWDC this year. I’m really going to miss catching up with everyone and all the buzz throughout the week. Hope you all have an amazing time and I can’t wait to see your reactions on Monday!
@shadowfacts 🙌🙌 welcome to the team (soon)
@charliemchapman wow late invites are really late this year. Glad to see you got a ticket!

I’m hiring a Web/Frontend Engineer in Cupertino (Apple Park) to join the team behind fast, beautifully designed, web experiences; like Photos on iCloud.com.🧑💻
#WWDCScholars, join us for a nice meetup with fellow scholarship & Swift Student Challenge winners at #WWDC25:
📍 Cupertino (near Park)
📅 June 10, 2025
🕖 7-10pm
Connect, collaborate, and celebrate with fellow scholars!

@JustMeDevin “Sometimes the bread cube hands you opportunities that are just too good to pass up.” 😆👌
That’s so exciting! Hope you have an amazing time in that next chapter!
@mikaelacaron ohh finally! 🙌
@simonbs one I haven’t seen mentioned before is the Lofree Flow: https://www.lofree.co/products/lofree-flow-the-smoothest-mechanical-keyboard
Looks and feels very premium – I love it. The switches that come with it feel way better than the Gateron browns on my K3 non-backlight.
A downside could be that it only comes in ANSI layout, not ISO. But it’s compatible with standard MX-style keycaps.
Been using the EurKey keyboard layout since switching to ANSI keyboards and it works great for coding and German text: https://eurkey.steffen.bruentjen.eu/?lang=en
As in previous years, there's a one-day event at Apple Park. Apply for it! Please don't think anyone else "deserves" it more than you – it's the chance to meet like-minded devs to share the excitement, chat with Apple engineers directly, an even tour Apple's home. GO! FOR! IT!
@christianselig shouldn’t have put that hammer in the status bar 🥲
Students -- how would you like to spend the summer contributing to Swift while working with mentors from the Swift team? Lots of great projects to work on, from improving VSCode integration to compiler development. More at: https://forums.swift.org/t/gsoc-2025-swift-join-summer-of-code-2025/78180 #GSOC
Want to come work on #SwiftUI at #Apple? Check this out :-)

Submissions for the #SwiftStudentChallenge are now open until Feb 23! Even if you think your chances are slim, I highly recommend giving it a shot. It’s been an incredible learning experience and I wouldn’t be where I am today without it.
I’d love to hear all about your submission once you send it in!
