Infant Circumcision:
The foreskin is two parts: the inside which covers the glans and keeps it moist, and the external skin. In an adult it extends about 3/8" beyond the tip. When the skin of the penis is pulled back, the skin covering the glans is exposed. This is rich in nerve endings and provides stimulation and pleasure during intercourse. Circumcision removes that inner skin thus limiting stimulation and pleasure.
