I noticed there wasn't a TST Lemmy community. The Satanic Temple is a modern satanic religion that aims to promote human rights and compassion. Check out their about page on their official website at https://thesatanictemple.com/pages/about-us. Note that this community is not an official affiliation. TST is also separate and not affiliated with the Church of Satan, who have a slightly different viewpoint of what satanism truly is. Dunno what to post in here, but maybe some will search for this and take part. Hello!

No clue. There were a fair number of us on the old site, but I don’t really go looking for others.
**Empathy Reason Justice ** That’s what it says on the banner the eagle is holding. Who else champions for empathy? Conservatives mock it and call it woke, beta, simp, soyboy, feminazis, and whatever else nametag they wanna affix that sounds bad but the bottom line is they demonize empathy.
I dont even see empathy really be held up in their culture. It is more like praising the compassion and perhaps then the help or forgiveness you give. You’re just a victim and they are just a villain you can turn the other cheek to.
Texas needs all the support it can get. Not the state but the victims of it
Oh wow. It’s not just an abortion it’s a donation? That’s pretty wild.
I almost converted to the Baha’i faith many years ago. It’s cool to see a Baha’i in the wild! Are there many on Lemmy, do you know?
Also excited for the potential future Benevolent Accessible Lifesaving Satanic Abortion Clinic
I dunno what they were going for with SAMSAC, but they almost managed to have ReYLSAC, pronounced like “Real Sack.”
As a Baha’i, I approve the message of The Satanic Temple.
This is why I’m a member. I have children and I want their rights protected. TST outlines a whole host of my sincerely held religious beliefs. If empathy, compassion, justice, truth, and personal autonomy are important values of yours, I recommend doing a little reading to see if TST is right for you.
TST… Always looking out for people.
