Following the successful
@ucu PGRsOrganising23 conference in January, we wanted to share an advanced preview of exciting work in progress with a collective of members from around the country.

The database is a member-led and designed creation which will be openly available for all members to view and develop. The basic idea is to allow PGRs to explore teaching pay and conditions across UK universities, get inspiration for campaigns, & aid in negotiations with HR #union #UnionStrong #HigherEd

This entails that hours are not agreed, only 'outputs' (teaching delivery) not 'inputs' (preparation). Unmeasured work requires an estimation of 'realistic average hours' required to adequately produce outputs. Colleges estimate that the maximum realistic time to prepare for and [text ends]"$
