If anyone happens to know, or be, the CFO of CityFibre, could you tell them that when potential customers see errors like this, IT IS BAD.
The solution is to put your hand in your pocket and SPEND MORE MONEY ON BACKEND CAPACITY so that people wanting to maybe sign up for your service can do so and give you money. That way, you keep getting paid.
They need to be taken over by somebody competent â who understands that the first rule of business is making it easy for people to give you money.

TIL https://terminaltrove.com/ a curated list of CLI/TUI utils. Sadly no Ruby CLIs/TUIs listed. We should change that! I still believe Ruby can be used to build powerful CLI/TUI utils; if Python or Node.js can produce popular CLIs/TUIs, no reason why Ruby cannot.
