This is my favorite pipe in my building and it takes all of my self control to not try to spin that wheel.

White pipe in an apartment building, presumably for fire control, but who knows because I’m not a pipe scientist. While almost everything is white, the end features a black wheel, red box, and yellow tag of sorts.

I often mention #NewMexico in my posts because I spent a month in Taos last summer for an art residency. I learned a ton about #clay through exploring the varieties available in the landscape and I learned a lot more about #indigenous cultures by visiting different pueblos. For the first time, I experienced having to change my behaviors out of respect for Native people in terms of how we dressed and what/when we were allowed to document through photography, painting and sketching… con’t.

I love the type of urbanism. It looks so cozy compared to most north American cities

It’s pretty insane just how much data you can pull out of an unmodified #canon5dmarkiv sensor shooting #astrophotography. The fact I was balanced on a very slippery rock with my tripod in waist deep water at 3am with my tracking mount after driving 8 hours to shoot this feels like it deserves some credit.
