Not all solutions are equal.
I saw a single line of code on a forum the other week that solved someone's issue of replacing values using a Table with From & To values.
It seemed B R I L L I A N T ! and so much simpler than List.Accumulate and other methods I've seen.
But... I then tested it on 350,000 rows of data and the refresh was H O R R I D !
So I started digging, and probably got a bit carried away... but here it is...

@GerryT @nekohayo @wisteela One of Excel’s best features is Power Query which dramatically separates it from the competition . Add on top the data model with lightning fast multi million row potential, a desktop version and free web version, dynamic arrays, office & power bi integration. And I won’t include the potential of VBA and office scripts.
Plus an absolutely massive user base with all the publicly available help content.
If you’re a medium to large business then Excel is the sensible choice

Just 4 lines of M code solves last week's challenge.
Generally I find it easier to remember and explain the User Interface clicks approach but once you start to see the power of lists and remember the syntax it unlocks other paths.
I would use Excel Power Query to clean the data up ( remove subtotals ) Then, in Power Query, after filtering out null dates, you could do a right click on the seconds column and groupby in power query - adding a count You’re just left with Seconds and counts of seconds. Then sort by Seconds Load to Excel, and create chart
