@nateberkopec especially loved the 1gig per tab footprint 🤪
@alpha in fennel?? Is that supported straight up or is it AOT compiled manually?
@wndxlori I've seen it on a couple PRs I've put up, but I figured that was opt-in on the project admin's side
And I just used the new OTP system to publish debride v1.13.0 without a hitch! Nice linux cleanup, added -y to debride_rm, and better output.

@alpha you should poke at smalltalk 80 or common list dev envs
Release 1163: githubscore v1.0.1 released switching token auth to use `gh auth token` instead of using git config madness. ❤️ https://www.zenspider.com/releases/2025/05/githubscore-version-1-0-1-has-been-released.html
Release 1162: github_contribs v2.0.1 released with some nice code cleanup! 🎉 https://www.zenspider.com/releases/2025/05/github_contribs-version-2-0-1-has-been-released.html
@wndxlori can't turn it off?
@nateberkopec do you have advice for this scenario?: had someone new come to Seattle.rb and we got to talking about performance. They have some queries that have 70+ joins with (surprise!) bad performance. Pg. the explain plan is 200-300 lines long and they’re not sure where to start.
@alpha I’ve been doing exactly this for almost 30 years now. Even have some simple tooling around it (eg a script that reports on my comment tag frequency in a project in tag densest order first). Happy to discuss.
@alpha you killed it. No longer loads.
@alpha FFS what is wrong with people???
@wood now monitors my scotch intake?
@robbyrussell I think it's the last question for me (obvious bias tho)... "Or did you give up" begs the question "what does it cost you on the daily?"
@robbyrussell @TALlama normally least churn means most stable, *Not* most neglected.
