Even if you're not a vegan (I'm not) this documentary is worth watching to see how animal protein affects, or doesn't affect, the human body.
Plus, it shows a lot of high performing athletes doing and talking about amazing stuff, including a Guinness World Record breaker that could carry a horse and flips a car.
I decided to cut way back on meat consumption. Not just because of this documentary, but after years of thinking about it. Like most Americans, my diet was way out of balance and I wanted to get it under control before I wound up old, fat, and broken.
