It's long been known that #random as a function sucks on #Android, which means when you play #music via an #app, you're always wondering why you're hearing the same tracks. This is particularly bad in #Symfonium. I use it every day, switching between at least three queues and, the largest has over 1300 tracks on it and yet I hear the same songs constantly. Why, because random isn't random, it has a numerical bias. So the tracks are in a similar order in two play lists. There's actually tracks on the large queue I haven't heard because they've been relegated to the bottom. In an ideal world, Google would fix it, but you'd at least hope developers compensate when the feature is fundamental to their app, such as music #apps. Unfortunately that hasn't happened with Symfonium. Here's two examples of just how bad #shuffle is on Symfonium. As a music lover, it's frustrating.
