Calidad/tiempo: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le he puesto tres puntos al guion porque tuvieron que lidiar con la triste muerte de uno de los principales actores, el jovencísimo Chance Perdomo, y lo han resuelto bastante bien, pero la historia es básicamente la misma que en la temporada 1 cambiando lo justo para que no suene a repetición. Algunos capítulos centrales son buenos, pero en general sólo es una temporada de enlace con su hermana mayor “The Boys”.
El resultado final en conjunto no está mal, pero más por el carisma de los actores que por méritos propios de la serie.

I've been watching Gen V season 2. I enjoy the show, but in many ways, it's even more cynical and nihilistic than The Boys. And in a certain way, I'm afraid it represents well how different generations handle today's world. The older ones, we're The Boys, we know a better is possible, but kids today? This is all they've ever known.

Also dem Trailer für Staffel 5 nach, müsste die dritte Staffel Gen V dann noch vor April nächsten Jahres rauskommen? 🤔 Oder die Charaktere werden nahtlos direkt in die letzte Staffel der Hauptserie übernommen. Eine dritte Staffel nach dem Ende der Hauptserie wäre irgendwie sinnlos? Es sei denn man fängt dann eine neue Storyline an.
