Tonight I stroked a women's quad as planned. The wind was crap but rowable. We didn't have a coach so we ran our own practice. Did some drills and lots of steady state. Another 10k day. It was a very chill row. I love being in a quad with these ladies. We have total trust in each other to do our part to do whatever is necessary to move the boat well. No sniping. No critiquing. no complaining about wind. Just communication and teamwork to find boat speed. Even in rough conditions, we stayed relaxed and smooth. It was a glorious row. #Rowing #PracticeReport
