So I've been in a "Make People Happy" mood and I noticed toadsparkster (bluesky account) feeling down about shortcomings of their design, so I touched it up for them.

Its fun to do things for others every so often.
I was asked once more to help out in designing a friend's robot master, this is Allegra.
Simple of it is that she's a psychic bird of a sort. She belongs to my friend PennyandTheWeb.

Dislikes: Being bullied
Good Point: Empathetic
Bad Point: Bird-brained
Lab assistant and daughter to Dr. Quartz, specialized in telekenetics.
She wishes to be a hero one day, but her childish and naive nature makes it difficult for her to be taken seriously.
Originally designed as a completely different robot master, before being stolen and altered by an unknown individual into a weapon to conquer.
Was deemed a failure by the one who took her, as her heart was enhanced alongside her mind.
Reunited with Dr. Quartz in a chance encounter, who proceeded to take Allegra in as her daughter.
