Redbook audio. Inside a pair of .bin/.cue files on a uSD card, plugged into a PicoGUS, installed on my 486 DX2/66.
Ok, Wipeout runs at like 7 fps but C'MON! redbook audio music virtually mounted and playing!
This firmware for PicoGUS is coming soon!
What other MSDOS games would run great here?

If you weren't at VCF East 2025 like me, you missed Ian Scott's presentation on his behemoth project PicoGUS sound card for old PCs with ISA slots. Here it is, his path, and the wonderful open source community around it. Also, plans for future revisions https://youtu.be/gTLAhIkmUl0?si=IaC9JQjiUZIwMHYZ

someone asked in this video about the Archon graphics, so I went ahead and coded a simple C program to display the raw binary data in the right resource as 32-bit wide bitmaps.

@uliwitness they did, but there's an elusive slice of software made by companies who still bent over backwards for system 6 die-hards in the early 90's.
What Macintosh CD images have software on them that can run in System 6? Cosmic Osmo, the Manhole, Prince of Persia collection (only pop1 in b&w runs on this Mac Plus ofc). Oregon v1.2 only runs on Sys7+. I would guess some earlyish 90's user group cds as well.
Under 3 min: Learn how to transfer files from your modern computer and the MacintoshGarden to your vintage mac using Infinite Mac and BlueSCSI
Infinitemac dot org is a website allowing you to emulate all the early classes of Macintosh. Now that is has an internal Mac Garden browser (what, didn't know about it yet??), here's a really good workflow for prepping bluescsi images destined for your real vintage mac, prepared lightning fast
