AHA field trip to Manchester blacksmith shop. Our makerspace offerings aren't limited to what we have in our workshop, we like connecting with other makers elsewhere too!
Want to give an old computer new life? Escape Windows? Use an Operating System that offers you more customizability and control?
Let's try Linux! Bring a laptop, we'll have thumb drives with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on them so you can take it for a test drive, and even install if you want to make it permanent (but no pressure!).

Join a group of fellow creatives this winter for a collaborative painting meetup that supports a local non-profit makers space. In this creative gathering, you'll have the opportunity to learn side by side with others, sharing ideas and inspiration. Bring your own project and supplies to work with, and enjoy the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause while exploring your artistic passion.

Learn about 3D printers and 3D printing at All Hands Active! This class will serve to orient you to the basic concepts of FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication)/FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing: the additive machining process that builds up structures, layer-by-layer, out of melted (plastic) material.
Completing this class will also start you on the path of becoming qualified to independently operate the 3D printers at All Hands Active (and perhaps elsewhere...?).

What:
A Capture The Flag event is a cyber security challenge where a system or application is presented to you, using various skills and techniques (sometimes vulnerabilities and exploits) you must retrieve a "Flag" or a string of characters showing you completed the task. Be creative!

@willhopkins it sounds like you took care of most of the issues, but a member suggested that you let the bed heat up and stay at temperature for 10 minutes before auto bed leveling and see if it helps.

80W infrared CO2 DC laser, with a 1400 mm x 900 mm bed.
What does that mean? It's a huge laser to tackle big projects quickly. It works by burning away small portions of material to make its cuts. Designs are created in or imported into LightBurn, which preps the design for cutting. Swipe to see the laser cutter and a member project made by laser cutting.
