@dnc hot
My son caught his first fish!
@dnc I have almost this exact setup. Same grinder. But regular Bambino. Be patient. Iāve been terrible at latte art from day one and getting worse. Is a lot of funā¦and delicious! Send pics!

@jeffjarvis Completely agree. The next few months are going to be insane.
@aardrian you monster.
@jwilcoxson same haha
@UUDreams5280 @Brett_E_Carlock Related to GIS training, knowledge of Agile, project management, etc. won't hurt either. that's not my thing. But if you are amenable to those, it might be your "in" for a future position.
@UUDreams5280 @Brett_E_Carlock Spend some time on Indeed and look at the types of positions you'd like to have next. What skills and training are mentioned there? You may notice a trend and can start some training with those things you don't know much about.
For me lately, that has been SQL. The data we use is in enterprise DBs stored in SQL, so I needed to learn the SQL language, SSMS, SSRS, etc. I'm no pro, but I know enough to get me through most things that come up.
@UUDreams5280 @Brett_E_Carlock In some circumstances, an employer will "need" a person with specific attributes on their team to bid on jobs. That was the situation I was in - they needed a GISP to pursue a project. That's how mine was paid for.
Then I left three months later. It wasn't planned that way, but it turned out that way.
If you do any sort of geo processing, I'd suggest looking at Python and how it ties into ArcGIS. It's very cool once you get the hang of it.
@UUDreams5280 @Brett_E_Carlock Personally, knowing a lot of the back-end of GIS is very helpful. Python. SQL. ArcGIS Portal and related web stuff. I love doing data editing/manipulation, but if you're wanting to move "up" the chain, you'll need more advanced skills. Not sure if you are interested in getting a GISP cert, but that is very attractive to employers.
@UUDreams5280 Do you have specific questions? I'm a GIS Professional for almost 20 years.
Rooting for #UCONN tonight!!

Anyone have a #Wiim audio streamer? I have a Wiim Pro. I'd like to use the MacOS version of their app which is in Beta, but it hasn't been updated in ages it seems. v0.1.2 or something. Anyone have an idea of when it'll be updated? #Audiophile #Hifi #WiimPro
Yo @GeositeInc is hiring a GIS Analyst, 75-90K remote
I'M JUST THE MESSENGER. I have no hiring authority, and i don't even work there.
Iām secretly hoping the #M&M commercial for the #SuperBowl has all of the male characters come out in drag.
@GregCocks I always thought this was a great idea.
@McFlyer @nashseverewx canāt say how excited I am about this. Even though I live in Murfreesboro, haha.
I'm sorry, but you can't *always* be experiencing a higher volume of calls than average.
That's not how averages work.
