Made some air fryer chicken strips.

The secret is to drizzle oil INTO the breadcrumbs, then work it into the crumbs, rather than spraying them. Don’t need a ton — a teaspoon or two per half cup of crumbs. Super-effective, but make sure you flour-egg dredge first.

That’s honey mustard there. Mayo, yellow mustard, honey, a bit of tumeric, salt, & shhh… a tiny pinch of MSG for Uncle Roger.
