I'm trying to decide if I should share my attempt to regain mobility on stream. I'm thinking about using the VR headset to gamify exercise. Over the last year I've put on a lot of weight due to my limited mobility.
I'm incredibly self conscious, but also scared that my health will hit a downward spiral of I don't try to do something now. I've already had to use a cane a few times in the last month due to hip pain, or my hip just giving out on me.
The idea behind sharing it on stream would be to add a little accountability, and maybe garner some support, as well as maybe even inspire others?
