Wow. Just realized it has been more than 16 years since I worked on this project for Milennium House of Australia. Mafia: The Necessary Reference to Organized Crime was released in 2009.
I was assigned to write a very tight history of the American #Mafia and some other odds and ends. Making a complex story fit into a specific word count was an interesting exercise.

Salvatore "Sammy" Triumbari was one of the founding members of the 'ndrangheta crimine in Ontario.
He was killed on the morning of January 6, 1967 as he left his bungalow on Sherman Court.
