It’s been ten days since the last part of “Quaint” was released. Why should you give this visual novel a chance?
First off, it’s a story which seamlessly combines a queer romance, a handful of fantasy elements (there’s a gorgeous school of magic!) and a spy thriller. An impossible mix, you might think, and yet, it works great!
Secondly, it’s beautifully drawn and designed. My spouse is incredibly talented and I just can’t look at their characters and not be in awe.
Thirdly, this was my first foray into the world of music composition. I’m still a terrible noob, but I also think I might have created some memorable themes.
Fourthly, although gameplay-wise this is still a classic visual novel, a few pleasurable minigames add a welcome variety. Thanks to them, you’ll never be bored.
