Focaccia experiment 1/2: Done β
6/10 - the pan was slightly too big, so it was thinner than desired and I was maybe a little too rough when handling the dough, but it still resulted in a lovely focaccia with a great texture! π
The other half of the dough is still proving in the fridge, so it'll have 24 more hours proving than this one & I will use a smaller, non-metal pan.
There's also a bit more dough in the next batch, so I'm looking forward to seeing the result, gonna add some onion too π
