Winter can be unexpectedly beautiful. When I think of winter beauty, I'm always reminded of this incredible scene I captured in upstate New York in December 2016.
I was there documenting lake-effect snow and while the system underperformed a bit, I was enthralled with the beauty of the snow-covered landscape that surrounded me. This wintery scene stopped me in my tracks, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to capture it. ❄️☃️ #winter #snow #photography #wxmastodon
