Weird. I have an Android, and I've seen "charging", "charging slowly", "fast charging", "charging rapidly", and "rapid charging". Which one comes up depends on the charger brick and wire it looks like.

It might be Android being kinda dumb and seeing 5V 2 amp as "fast".

I remember when people would tell me, you have to buy software from the large software companies or it will probably break and be terrible.

Today, it’s like, Google property? Microsoft invested? V.v.sus. The software lives in a self-hosted machine named for a pun on some obscure kink, the developer is a furry, the logo is two furries, it’s gpl’ed and if you do five minutes of due diligence you’re going to see all of their politics and most of their butt? I will trust this software with my life.

It definitely depends on the person. Those of us with #ADHD will appreciate being reached out to. If I'm not interacting with someone on a frequent basis, I might forget they exist entirely and never reach out. My brother and I are like that, but we always pick up right where we left off. Time blindness is real, and works in both ways.

Lol, they changed the mechanic (at least on Bedrock). Now the raid captains, pillager outposts, and some loot chests have Bad Omen potions of various levels. You drink those to start a raid, instead of having the effect forced on you.

I like the change, especially since I didn't know you could clear Bad Omen with milk.

Don't do what they tell you to.

Don't do what you *think* they're going to tell you to.

Find reasons to delay.

Find reasons why "it won't work."

Do it slightly wrong, just enough to make it almost work but not.

Do it half-assed in a way that makes it look like you're actually putting in your full effort.

When they want something, make that thing mysteriously disappear.

Because for some people it does matter. The idea is to reveal any bias, from transphobia to classism to personal preferences.

The only true answer is to not play the game.

Following up on this, it looks like most states have legitimate protests, with local organizers and support. I have no doubts that protests in states like Minnesota or Connecticut will be fine.

I do worry about anyone protesting in places like DC, Florida, or Texas. I've been trying to follow the #Florida #50501movement, and there seems to be 2 or 3 protests floating around: Tallahassee (state capitol), Tampa (I think this one is actually legit), and random mentions of other cities with nothing backing them.

I've seen lots of good info being circulated for protests. I'm trying to spread positive stuff too. I just worry about everyone. Be smart, be safe.

I've seen some back and forth about the 2/5 #50501movement protest: I've seen some prominent people in various subreddits promoting it, so it feels somewhat real and safe; I've also seen a lot of cautionary takes, pointing out that there are no formal organizers to direct media to, as well as the mainstream media actively promoting the event.

I'm calling it now: the protest is (at least in Republican states) a trap to get activists arrested or disappeared. There will be cop/agent plants, and they will instigate law enforcement.

For anyone I know here, be safe. Something just doesn't smell right.

On one hand, I've considered putting a progress flag sticker on the back of my van, and maybe adding other small things to my outfit(s) to show I'm a safe person.

On the other hand I live in Florida, and worry about my and my family's safety.

Other other hand, I have an appointment at the end of the month to go on HRT, so idk. This has been a whole discussion/fight with my wife.

Lol, the Vac700 is the same way! I had never heard of Asvine before, and I haven't seen good pens that cheap that weren't a Pilot Metro or Lamy.
