It seems to be a common trait for bigoted people to be brazen enough to be openly racist in conversation with you and assume you’ll agree with them because you’re also white.

(I’m talking specifically about white bigots here. I encounter them the most.)

I do enjoy collecting them, though.

One of the hardest things I've dealt with in life is going from "gifted child" to being deemed "wasted potential", partly due to the shitty adults around me.

I'm not sure why I've been written off; I'm 34, there's plenty of time. Plus, anyone can find their place at any afge, as long as they're still breathing.

I noticed this movie on Shudder, and it mentioned that it had been banned in places.

I gave into morbid curiosity and watched it.

Take this with a pinch of salt because I do have the lovely combination of autism and ADHD, but I've noticed my attention span has decreased a lot after doom scrolling TikTok and Reels.

I found myself speeding up longer videos on TikTok and Instagram. I believe short-form content has its place online, but I can't imagine long-term exposure to it will be beneficial for children.

I'm not a parent myself, but if it can do this to an adult, it's worrying what it can do to the developing mind.

Since this is the internet, I should specify this is a joke, and it made me laugh.

I am my own target audience.

I didn't have Donald Trump being the first LGBTQI president on my bingo card, but more power to him.

No wonder he's so anti-gay. The homophobia was calling from inside the house.

Silent Hill F does an incredible job of creating an unsettling atmosphere. I hear the slightest noise, and I'm expecting a creepy altercation.

From a person watching from the other side of the pond, the bar is so low for the Democrats, but their only selling point is “Hey! We’re not him!”

Sometimes I forget that I am a person pushing their mid-thirties dealing with nearly two decades of bullshit; I owe myself kindness, not unrealistic expectations.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but it burnt in one.

I'm hoping to study psychology formally sometime in the next year and a half. I do my own studying, but having a qualification could open many doors for me.

Of course, I need to see if funding is available since I've been deemed unfit for work and live off disability benefits.

I'm still taking my therapist's advice and using poetry to express myself.

I'm going to need to start stocking up on reusable masks since the colder months are coming.

I am immunocompromised, and people with colds and the flu seem to love sneezing without covering their mouths.

Not to be dramatic, but I'd rather jump into traffic than deal with catching these viruses every other week.
