Breaking the rules, playing with asymmetry, that's #artnouveau. Sadly, this beautiful building of #Landau Bank in #Warsaw (architectural example of Art Nouveau) has beed neglected and needs restauration. Would you like to 1) see and 2) fund Creator stories in a format of micro-museums to learn more about this beautiful building? Please share your reply in comments! 3) Can you spot the #sunflowers?!

The MET in NY is undoubtly filled with many captivating masterpieces, yet I often find myself equally drawn to the design of the museum's building, its facade and hallways etc. Like, for instance, this particular corridor with its arches and elegant lamps forming an enchanting alleyway. These (and other) architectural details stand as much a testament to the passage of time as the exhibitions themselves, blending history with artistry in every corner. (The spotlights added on the sides spoil it though...)

Architectural beauty of the Campanile building in NYC. A testament of timeless elegance, and a place where Greta Garbo found solace and privacy after withdrawing from the life in spotlight and her Hollywood acting career.

Sweeping views of the East River in #NYC. This is the view from outside of the building where the legendary Swedish actress Greta Garbo lived during her post-Hollywood life, at 450 East 52nd Street. “I want to be left alone”. Garbo moved into the apartment at the so called Campanile building in 1953, after retiring from her acting career at just 36 years old.

Art (?) can be found where least expected, I found this interesting decor depicting chit chatting magpies on emergency-exit door at Jakobsbergsgatan 7 in Stockholm. Happy @doorsday!

I regularly pass by this building in Stockholm on the way to and from the gym and whenever I have a minute left I stop to admire the Art Nouveau front and its ornaments (sunflowers). In hope that someone will step out the front door and let me in so I can get a glimpse into the indoors. So far no luck - and I am always in too hurry to wait for longer moments - but keeping fingers crossed that the chance of getting in will come "next time" ;)

Large planters full of summer flowers outside of Ulriksdal Palace in Stockholm. This historic gem and garden is my usual "must" in around May/June and I am literally counting down days until it´s time for the next visit!

Samaritaine in Paris :) I am not a shopping fan nowadays but a fan of #Art Nouveau and this legendary mall has many gems to be discovered! Here at the top level, a majestic garden display with flowers and peacocks. Getting there is also a discovery of its own, climbing the gorgeous cast iron stairs with time typical decor. Highly recommend to visit and see live!

Captivating wooden stairs at one of my favourite museums dedicated by large to #artdeco and the style called École de Paris, located in beautiful Konstancin-Jeziorna municipality 1 hour drive outside #Warsaw. The museum is called Villa la Fleur and was founded by Marek Roefler, a passionate private collector. It was there that I discovered (among others) the works of #tamaradelempicka as well as seen some super rare examples of art works by Stanislaw Szukalski, Polish born sculptor later based in Los Angeles and the "eccentric hero" of Netflix Struggle: The Life and Lost Art of Szukalski. This museum has so many treasures to discover!
