We are looking for a few more Student Volunteers to help us deliver NIME 2022 (28 June - 1 July). Each SV will work for a max of 12 hours before and/or during the conference. Tasks: upload content on the website, support Session Chairs, check Slack channel for questions, etc.

will held a WS at @NIME for "discussing performance ecologies".
In the WS we'll use ARCAA (in the image), a framework I developed as part of my PhD for studying performance ecologies. The framework aims at formalizing the study of a given performance by connecting all the actors (top) to the artifacts (bottom), though 3 layers.

@fsfe prepared an open letter to ask the EU to introduce legislation that will help extend the life of hardware and recycle devices through the unlocking of bootloaders, publishing specs, and guaranteeing the right to repair. The letter is signed by 38 organisations

Next week we are presenting a paper about the need to reinforce value driven ethical discourse in academic venues at the CHI conference (Human Computer Interaction conference)
