Fight Club sells short the challenge of building an engaged audience for one's work.

What other threatening ad copy could have accompanied this image?

Microsoft just open sourced Github Co pilot and the Windows Subsystem for Linux. I've been removing CoPilot, but if the desktop version goes open source too I'll have to take a look at it's capibilities

I used https://posemy.art/ to make this rough mock-up cover for the next ESPionage adventure; Sunny Day and Rain. It's better than pasting a collage of elements together.
"Wire frame model of a kneeling man considering a broken 8-track cassette. A lifeless arm lays partially out of frame."
I played a one-shot of
Modiphius's Fallout TTRPG on Saturday, and I got to do my ghoul voice. Found out, 4 hours of ghoul voice has consequences, smoothskin.
But can we use any of it without a bot automatically flagging it for a copyright violation?

Sophisticated word play backed by the beats of hunted machinery. Previous Industries took me a few listens to get into. I appreciate that in hindsight. Acquired tastes are the ones that change the palette.

Bandcamp Friday, the one day a month when musicians get a bigger slice of the pie.

Tried installing Arch Linux on an old Thinkpad last night. It did not go well. It reminded me of installing Red Hat back in the 90s. I don't mean that in a good way.
Eagle Rock, a natural formation, sacred site of the Kuupangaxwichem (Kupa) people. SE of Warner Springs fire station trailhead on the PCT, ~6.5 mi round trip. A gorgeous walk through oak groves and wide open spaces, perhaps best enjoyed in Spring with the wildflowers and green ground cover.
We watched Humane last night on Hulu. It's been on my list since I heard Caitlin Cronenberg's interview on Cinema Junkie. A rare horror movie with political themes that doesn’t hit you over the head with them.

I have a doubt that maybe the hivemind can help answer: I have a faint recollection (from the last three years or so) of the release of a narrative #TTRPG about community-building and/or world-building, in the line of something like 'the Quiet Year', but that it had coins or ¿metal? tokens, and it came in a relatively small, black- or dark-coloured box, maybe it came with a ¿cloth map?
P.S.: Seems it can be 'the Fall of Magic'!
P.S. 2: no, it's 'the City of Winter', which has a black map!
Time to NAS up.
I have a Synology DS920+ in house as a self-hosting and media server. Which is great, unless there's a fire. So I got this DS923+ as a backup. Once the cloning is over it's shipping out to a colocation host somewhere.
I've been very into Damag3 lately. This MC is bringing a unique energy to the mic.

Our Robocop Remake is a scene by scene, low or no budget reshoot of the scifi classic. Some of the new visions of the scenes are truly inspired. The one where he shoots that guy in the dick is the funniest thing I've seen in months.

I spend $100 a month on Bandcamp instead of #11.99 a month on Spotify because I support artists.

Elric may be Moorcock's most popular Eternal Champion, but Corum's my main man.
Corum doesn't angst about.
Corum doesn't bargain.
Corum gets shit done.
