@setsly I get that, and I am still concerned that a quarter(ish) of Americans are still ready to vote for him. That America holds Harris to a higher standard than him. And that enough people can’t see that even if they feel they were “better off under trump” that it was not trump who did anything intentional. And anyone who was good in that administration will not be back this time round.

It's back. Your magic crab. A minor deity, displaced by happenstance but ever so helpful, it's clattering around in the kitchen despite the late hour. It's been a while. With the tinny little voice it traded the colour of its rainbow hued shell for, resulting in perhaps the most fabulous corvid in the world and a little crab with the ability to speak to any and all humans, it apologetically starts: "I'm sorry, I'm being a nuisance, it's just that you've been so stressed so I thought I'd do the dishes... But they're larger than I thought, I made so much noise!"
