NEW: Nicholas Kraus Gets 20 Years for Ramming Protest, Killing Deona Marie
Driving a Jeep, Kraus purposely accelerated for blocks, weaponizing the vehicle to ram into a barricade for Winston Smith protesters on June 13, 2021. Kraus was forcibly detained by protesters, turned over to police and has been in jail since.
Kraus turned 37-years-old on Nov. 29, 2022 and spent his day, starting at 7:09 a.m. being transferred from jail to MCF-Saint Cloud.

While "the squad" is getting flack for selling out railway workers, we should also remember that this isn't dramatically different than how any "progressive" or even DSA affiliated elected acts once in office.

Sabotage and Civil Disobedience in France: The Fight Against Mega-Basins and Water Grabbing
Nearly 7,000 people gathered in the town of Sainte-Soline on Saturday, Oct. 29 and invaded a mega-basin development site to stop construction on the large water reserve despite a ban on protests and an unprecedented police presence.
For several years, a local opposition has been organizing against the mega-basin projects that have been flourishing in the area.

When the Tory cowards saw the teeth and claws of an angry working class ready to take to the streets, they backed down and said they would rescind Bill-28. The business union leaders took this promise as a minor concession and told the workers to return to work so legal bargaining can continue.
