One thing we're seeing repeated from the Civil Rights Era is the desire for lawful respect for one-another. In a "Christian nation" this has widespread appeal, and is a major part of centrist resistance. Consequently, the #InstituteForJustice, who represented the guy in this #News story, are on the rise.
When I was around 12 a teacher made our class do one of those "getting to know you" things where you go around and each say something about yourselves. None of us knew each other and she was shy on eagerness to teach, so we went through the whole class more than once, with her prompting a piece of information we could share on each trip around. One of the questions was "what cartoon character are you?" Instead of the answers I expected, a student I didn't know said he was Wakko Warner, so I said I was Yakko. We had some good times. :awesome:
